Mike Fowler: Owner

Hello, I'm Mike Fowler Owner and General Manager since 2003. I've served many different roles such as Parts Runner, Plumbing & HVAC Sales, Residential Plumbing Manager, and Ops Manager. I have lived in Charlotte my entire life with my wife Cindy who I have been married to for 26 years. We have 3 outstanding children, Ashley, Laura and David. I was employed by UPS for 20 yrs before coming here to the Benjamin Franklin family. My hobbies include Golf and Salt Water Fishing.

Tom Rea Jr: Owner

My name is Tom Rea Jr, and I'm part owner of Ben Franklin Plumbing. I have lived in Pineville for 39 years but currently reside in Fort Mill, SC with my wife Ellen for 27 years. We have two children Tiffany 25 and Thomas 23. I have been around plumbing since I was eleven years old in my dad's plumbing business Rea Bros, Inc.. My hobbies include golf, fishing and spending time with my family.

Paul Stefano: General Manager

I am in my 12th year of employment at Ben Franklin Plumbing, which is a Dan King company in Charlotte, NC. I have been involved with many parts of the company in the twelve years. These areas include warehouse coordinator, purchaser, dispatcher, plumbing service manager, operations manager, and currently, General Manager. What I like most about my job here is to help others succeed and grow with the company through training and practice. I have been a resident of this area since 1995 when I moved from Erie, PA and have been married to my very supportive wife, Kellie, for 13 years. My other hobbies include golf, yard work, being the alumni president of the Gamma Lambda chapter of Theta XI fraternity, and not calling out sick from work- I currently hold the company record of no absentee-isms in almost 12 years of employment!
