Service and Repair Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our plumbers smoke or swear in your home; are not drug-free; do nor wear shoe covers or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service. If a repair fails in the first two years, we will repair it again absolutely free.

Whole House Re-Piping Guarantee

We guarantee that your whole house re-piping project will be completed on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 20 years. If your pipes fail at any time during that period (excluding acts of God, riot or war), we will repair the failure free of charge. We guarantee that all materials are as specified and up to the code in your area. And we guarantee to protect the condition of your home.

Equipment and Fixture Guarantee

We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment surrounded by normal use should fail within our written warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you.

Property Protection and Client Respect Guarantee

Our plumbers are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship and while they are in your home, your property will be protected from any possible damage. Our plumbers will not swear or use tobacco products while on your property. The will courteously answer any questions and leave you home as neat as they found it. The will wear protective shoe covers and place floor protection on all work and traffic areas. It the fail to do any of the above, we will give you a five (5) year Ben Society membership at no charge to you.

Total No Lemon Guarantee

Compare our Total No Lemon Guarantee with any other and you’ll find a major difference with our generous warranty coverage. For ten (10) full years after the installation of your Optimum goHOT system or seven (7) full years after the installation of you Premier goHOT system, you will not pay for any equipment failure-related service calls. That’s a total worry free system performance for the next ten (10) years on an Optimum or seven (7) full years on a Premier goHOT system.

In addition, every goHOT system’s heat exchanger is warranted for a full ten (10) years. If the heat exchanger fails for any reason, we don’t just replace the defective heat exchanger, we install a brand new goHOT system and give you a brand new Total No Lemon Guarantee.

Two Year Guarantee

Our Optimum and Premier guarantee package is so comprehensive that you simply can’t lose. If, for ANY reason within the first two years, you are not completely satisfied with your goHOT system, we will remove the system and replace it with a brand new standard conventional tank style water heater – and refund the difference between the two!
